* At nextcareindia.com, we acknowledge that customer satisfaction is main thing so we stand behind products bought at our site.
* Next Care India endeavors to serve its client to offer the best
experience. We do not facilitate returns for products once delivered.
* Perfumes and deodorants are non-refundable but if you receive a product which is not as per your order, we will immediately change it as per your order. Further, if the product received is broken and you inform us immediately and send us the photo of the same, we will send a new one.
* To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
* To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
* Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
